EFB Elektronik 699981TS.1 panel za upravljanje kabelima

The EFB Elektronik 699981TS.1 is a black cable management panel designed for professional rack installations. Constructed from durable metal, it provides a stable mounting surface to guide and secure network, power and signal cables. With a width of 482.6 mm, depth of 110 mm and height of 44.5 mm, the panel fits standard 19-inch racks and occupies 1U of rack space while helping maintain a neat cabling topology and improved airflow through the cabinet.

Advantages

This metal cable management panel offers robust construction and a black finish that resists wear and blends with typical rack equipment. Its compact 1U height and standard width allow easy integration into existing rack layouts. The depth provides sufficient clearance to route bundles and attach cable ties or clamps, contributing to organized cable runs and reduced strain on connectors.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Organizing network patch cables in data centers and server rooms
• Routing power and control cables in telecom and audiovisual racks
• Improving airflow and serviceability in 19-inch equipment cabinets
• Securing cable bundles to prevent tangling and connector stress

Key specifications

• Material: durable metal construction
• Colour: black
• Width: 482.6 mm (fits 19-inch rack width)
• Depth: 110 mm
• Height: 44.5 mm (1U)
• Mounting: front rack-mounted panel for standard rack rails

How to use

Install the panel into an available 1U space in a 19-inch rack by aligning the mounting holes with the rack rails and securing with appropriate rack screws. Route cable bundles through or alongside the panel, and use cable ties, Velcro straps or clamps to fasten the cables to the panel, keeping individual runs separated as needed. Position the panel to optimize cable paths and maintain clearance for airflow and access to equipment ports. Periodically inspect the routed cables to ensure ties are secure and there is no undue stress on connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the panel with cable ties or hook-and-loop straps sized for the number and diameter of your cables, avoid over-tightening ties, and plan cable paths to minimize bends and tension. Regular maintenance checks will preserve connection integrity and airflow within the rack.
