Cimco 120100 dijagonalna kliješta

Cimco 120100 diagonal pliers are 200 mm hand tools designed for precision cutting and light gripping tasks. They feature a classic diagonal cutting head and ergonomically shaped black and red handles intended to improve grip and control during repetitive tasks. The tool is sized to accommodate cutting of wires and small pipes up to approximately 25 mm in outer diameter, making it suitable for a range of electrical and mechanical maintenance jobs.

Advantages

The diagonal cutting geometry provides clean, accurate cuts with minimal deformation of the cut edge, while the 200 mm length balances accessibility in tight spaces with sufficient leverage for controlled cutting. The black and red handles are contoured to fit the hand and help reduce slippage during use. The tool’s hardened cutting edges retain sharpness through repeated use, supporting consistent performance for stripping, snipping, and trimming tasks.

Suitable for

• Cutting electrical wires and cable ends
• Trimming small plastic or rubber hoses and tubing
• Light mechanical maintenance and workshop tasks
• Precision trimming in assembly and repair work

Key specifications

• Tool type: diagonal cutting pliers
• Total length: 200 mm
• Maximum pipe/hose cutting capacity: up to 25 mm outer diameter
• Handle: ergonomic two-tone black and red grip
• Cutting edge: hardened steel for durability and edge retention
• Typical applications: electrical, mechanical, workshop use

How to use

Position the material to be cut between the cutting edges as close to the pivot as practical for maximum leverage. Squeeze the handles evenly until the cut is complete, keeping fingers away from the jaws. For cable and wire work, strip insulation as needed before trimming and avoid twisting the pliers while cutting to maintain edge alignment. After cutting, check the edge condition and clean any debris from the joint to maintain smooth operation.

Recommendations

Use the pliers only within their intended capacity; do not attempt to cut hardened rod, large diameter steel, or materials that exceed the specified 25 mm cutting range. Store the tool in a dry place and periodically apply a light lubricant to the pivot joint to ensure long service life. Wear appropriate eye protection when cutting to protect against flying debris.
