Capture CA-LB3038 etikete za pisač bijele

The Capture CA-LB3038 White printer label is a direct thermal roll designed for high-volume labeling. Each label measures 102 mm wide by 210 mm high and the roll has an outer diameter of 156 mm. There are 640 labels per roll and 5120 labels per box. The labels are white and supplied on a roll with a 76 mm core, suitable for many direct thermal desktop and industrial printers.

Advantages

Direct thermal construction removes the need for ink or toner, simplifying consumables handling and reducing running costs for short- to medium-term labels. The roll format with a 76 mm core supports rapid loading and continuous printing, while the large quantity per box reduces the frequency of replacements for high-volume operations. White labels provide a neutral background for clear printed text and barcodes.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labels
• Warehouse inventory and pallet marking
• Product identification and batch labeling
• Retail price tags and shelf labels

When it may not be suitable

Direct thermal labels are sensitive to heat and light and may darken over time, so they are not the best choice for long-term archival labeling or items exposed to high temperatures or prolonged sunlight. If durable, heat-resistant, or solvent-resistant labels are required, thermal transfer labels with a protective ribbon are a better option.

Key specifications

• Label size: 102 mm × 210 mm
• Label colour: white
• Print technology: direct thermal
• Labels per roll: 640
• Roll diameter: 156 mm
• Core diameter: 76 mm
• Labels per box: 5120
• Weight (per box): approximately 0.75 kg

How to use

Install the roll in a compatible direct thermal printer with a 76 mm core, ensuring the label face feeds correctly for direct thermal printing. Configure the printer settings to match the label width (102 mm) and length (210 mm), set appropriate print darkness and speed for legible text and barcode quality, and perform a test print before starting a full run. Replace the roll when the printer indicates low media or when labels run out.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure your printer supports direct thermal media and a 76 mm core.
• Confirm the 102 mm × 210 mm label size fits your label template and application.
• Consider environmental conditions—direct thermal may fade with heat or sunlight.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. For best print results, adjust printer darkness and speed settings to match label stock and regularly clean the printhead.
