Brusilica na traku GRAPHITE 59G394

The GRAPHITE 59G394 belt sander is designed for efficient sanding of wood and other materials. It combines a powerful motor with adjustable speed settings and an integrated dust collection system to support continuous work and cleaner results. The sander's ergonomic housing and handle shape reduce user fatigue, while durable construction ensures long-term performance suitable for frequent use in workshop and on-site environments.

Advantages

The tool offers variable speed control that allows matching sanding aggressiveness to the material and task. A built-in dust collection port helps maintain visibility of the work surface and reduces airborne dust. Ergonomic grip and balanced weight distribution improve handling for extended periods. Sturdy components and a replaceable sanding belt system make maintenance straightforward and extend the machine's service life.

Suitable for

• Sanding and leveling wooden surfaces
• Removing old finishes, paint or varnish
• Shaping and smoothing composite or soft building materials
• Preparation of surfaces before painting or coating

Key specifications

• Motor power suitable for medium to heavy sanding tasks
• Adjustable speed control to match material requirements
• Integrated dust collection port for vacuum attachment
• Ergonomic handle and compact body for comfortable use
• Replaceable sanding belt system compatible with standard belt sizes

How to use

Before use, fit a suitable sanding belt and connect a dust extractor if available. Adjust the speed setting to suit the material: lower speeds for delicate surfaces and higher speeds for rapid material removal. Hold the sander with a firm two-handed grip, move it along the workpiece with steady, even strokes, and avoid applying excessive downward pressure to prevent gouging. Periodically inspect the sanding belt for wear and replace it when abrasive performance declines.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection. For best results, progress through progressively finer grit belts and check the surface frequently to achieve the desired finish. When working on painted surfaces, verify that dust extraction and disposal comply with local regulations.
