Brusilica Einhell TE-OS 18/230 Li Solo

The Einhell TE-OS 18/230 Li Solo cordless orbital sander is a battery-powered sheet sander from the Power X-Change system, designed for sanding flat surfaces such as workpieces, wooden floorboards, panels and lining materials. It combines a lightweight construction (1.54 kg) with a 230 x 115 mm sanding plate and adjustable electronic speed control to adapt to different materials and tasks. The tool is supplied without battery and charger; three abrasive sheets are included.

Advantages

The orbital sander offers electronic speed control for precise adjustment to the material, a durable aluminium baseplate with a clamping mechanism and micro hook-and-loop fastening for fast abrasive changes, and soft-grip surfaces for secure handling. Dust is collected in an attached dust bag, and a vacuum cleaner can be connected for improved dust extraction. Its compatibility with the Power X-Change battery system provides flexibility for users who already own Einhell batteries.

How to use

Fit a compatible abrasive sheet to the 230 x 115 mm plate using the micro hook-and-loop fastening or the clamping mechanism on the aluminium baseplate. Select an appropriate speed with the electronic control for the material you are sanding. Hold the sander with both hands on the soft-grip surfaces, switch on and move the tool evenly over the surface with light pressure. Empty the dust bag regularly or connect a vacuum cleaner to the dust port to maintain dust-free working conditions.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer abrasive sheets for final smoothing and always check compatibility of rechargeable batteries and chargers with the Power X-Change system. For best results on large surfaces, use a connected vacuum cleaner to reduce dust and maintain visibility.
