Bosch Expert C470 brusne ploče

EXPERT C470 for High Speed Sanding of Wood and Paint. The Bosch EXPERT C470 sanding discs are engineered for efficient material removal on wood and painted surfaces. Each pack contains five discs designed to resist clogging and retain sharp abrasive properties, enabling longer use and consistent finishing. The discs are compatible with common hook-and-loop sanding machines and suitable for both professional and DIY jobs where fast sanding and a smooth result are required.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 combines sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to maintain cutting performance over extended periods. This reduces downtime for disc changes and preserves consistent surface quality. Packs of five provide convenient replacement intervals, and the discs offer reliable durability across multiple sanding tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding large wooden surfaces
• Removing paint and varnish
• Intermediate and finishing sanding between coats
• Use with standard hook-and-loop orbital sanders

How to use

Attach a compatible disc to a hook-and-loop orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Start sanding at low pressure and allow the abrasive to remove material; increase speed or pressure only as needed to avoid overheating or premature clogging. Replace discs when abrasive efficiency diminishes to maintain a consistent finish.

Recommendations

For best results on wood and paint, use progressively finer grits as you move from material removal to finishing. Keep the sanding area clean from dust and change discs when cutting performance drops to ensure speed and surface quality.
