Bosch 2609256C67 rezač

The Bosch 2609256C67 Cutter is a compact universal knife blade intended for precise cutting of insulation, putty and soft joint materials. Manufactured from high carbon steel (HCS), the cutter combines a sharp cutting edge with wear resistance suitable for repeated use in maintenance and light construction tasks. Its dimensions of 40 mm length and 28 mm width make it easy to handle and maneuver in confined spaces, while single-piece blister packaging ensures the blade stays protected until use.

Advantages

The high carbon steel construction provides a consistent sharp edge and improved edge retention compared with standard carbon blades. The compact dimensions allow for accurate control when cutting thin materials or trimming sealants and insulating strips. The blister pack protects the cutter during storage and transport and enables safe single-unit dispensing. The blade's geometry and finish are designed to minimize tearing of soft materials and to produce clean cuts with minimal effort.

How to use

Install the cutter into a compatible utility or scraper handle according to the handle manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the blade is secured and aligned. For best results, use controlled, steady strokes and avoid excessive bending of the blade. Replace the cutter when signs of bluntness, chipping or corrosion appear. Dispose of the used blade safely in a designated sharps or metal disposal container.

Recommendations

For safer operation, wear appropriate hand protection and eye protection when cutting. Use the cutter with a handle that provides a firm grip and keeps fingers away from the blade edge. Store the blister-packaged cutter in a dry place to prevent corrosion and check the blade condition before each use.
