How to use

Open the notebook and use it for sequential entries, dated notes or topic-based sections. Write with a pen or pencil appropriate for 80 g/m² paper to minimise show-through. For organised notes, reserve the first pages for an index or contents list. Keep the notebook closed when carried in bags to protect the pages and prevent accidental creasing.
