How to use

Mount the brush securely into a compatible rotary tool or drill with a 6 mm chuck. Start at a low speed to check balance, then increase speed to the recommended RPM for the tool and brush type. Apply light, consistent pressure and move the brush across the work surface to remove rust, paint or scale. Avoid excessive pressure or side loading to prevent wire breakage and tool overload. After use, clean away debris and store the brush in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves and respiratory protection when working with wire brushes. Check the brush for damage before use and replace it if wires are bent or loose. Do not use on delicate or highly polished surfaces where wire brushing could cause unwanted scratching.
