TESTO 440 Set2 anemometar (0563 4407)

HVAC technicians and facility managers use the TESTO 440 Set2 Anemometer to measure air velocity, volume flow, temperature, humidity, and differential pressure in ventilation systems, cleanrooms, and indoor environments. The set includes a 100 mm vane probe and a humidity/temperature probe, with an integrated differential pressure sensor for duct and filter measurements.

Key specifications

• Air velocity range (vane): 0.3 to 35 m/s
• Air velocity accuracy (vane): ±(0.1 m/s + 1.5% of mv)
• Humidity range: 0 to 100 %RH
• Humidity accuracy: ±2 %RH (5 to 95 %RH)
• Temperature range: -20 to +70 °C
• Temperature accuracy: ±0.5 °C
• Integrated differential pressure sensor
• Color graphic display
• Internal memory: up to 7500 measurement protocols
• Connectivity: USB, Bluetooth (for Testo Smart App)
• Battery: 3 x AA Mignon, approx. 12 hours life
• Operating temperature: -20 to +50 °C
• Protection class: IP54

Why choose it

The 100 mm vane probe delivers accurate readings even at low air velocities, while the integrated differential pressure sensor eliminates the need for a separate manometer. Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless data logging and reporting via the Testo Smart App, streamlining documentation.

Ideal use cases

• HVAC system commissioning and balancing
• Cleanroom certification and monitoring
• Indoor air quality assessments
• Filter and duct pressure drop measurements

Good to know

The instrument stores up to 7500 measurement protocols internally, and the color graphic display provides clear visualization of trends and values. The IP54 rating ensures protection against dust and splashing water, making it suitable for demanding field use.
