Ručna pilica za rupe Cimco 207432

The Cimco 207432 hole saw is a single-piece cutting tool with a 3.2 cm diameter designed for creating precise circular holes in a range of materials. Manufactured by cimco, this hole saw is suitable for tasks that require clean, repeatable holes in cast iron, copper, stainless steel and wood. Its simple construction focuses on durability and stable cutting performance for both professional tradespeople and home users undertaking repair or installation work.

Advantages

This hole saw provides consistent hole geometry thanks to its rigid, single-piece design and properly sharpened cutting edge. It is sized for small-diameter applications where accuracy matters, and its construction balances strength with manageable weight for handheld drilling. The tool resists wear during intermittent use in metal and wood, reducing the need for frequent replacement and helping maintain productivity on the job.

Key specifications

How to use

Select an appropriate arbor and secure the hole saw to a drill with sufficient power and torque for the material. Mark the center point of the hole, and if working in metal, use a center punch or pilot drill to prevent walking. Start drilling at moderate speed to establish the cut, applying steady, even pressure and allowing the tool to remove chips; when cutting metal, use suitable cutting fluid to reduce heat and extend tool life. For wood, maintain control to avoid splintering and consider scoring the cut line if a perfectly clean edge is required.

Recommendations

Use the hole saw with the correct arbor and a drill capable of delivering consistent speed and torque. When cutting metals, use coolant or cutting oil and avoid excessive feed rates to prevent overheating. Inspect the cutting edge regularly and replace the tool if excessive wear or tooth damage appears. For best results in delicate materials, support the workpiece and clamp securely to minimize vibration and movement.
