How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and switch it on. Put the empty container on the platform and press the tare button to reset the display to zero. Add the first ingredient and read the weight on the backlit LCD. To weigh additional ingredients in the same container, press tare after each addition so the display returns to zero before adding the next item. To measure liquids, switch the unit to cl or dl as required.

Recommendations

Use the scale on a level surface and avoid placing hot containers directly on the platform. Clean the platform with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse the scale in water. Replace batteries when the display weakens or the unit becomes unresponsive.
