Esselte Index 1-12 PP A4, sivi

Esselte Plastic indexes 150-00246 are designed for organising A4 documents quickly and reliably. Each index measures 225 mm in width and 297 mm in height, matching standard A4 files and folders. Manufactured from durable plastic, these dividers resist tearing and wear, making them suitable for repeated use in both home and office environments. The product name and brand — Plastic indexes Esselte 150-00246 — are included naturally in descriptions and file labels for easy identification.

Advantages

These plastic indexes combine durability and practical dimensions to provide stable separation between sections of documents. The plastic material offers resistance to moisture and frequent handling, while the A4-compatible size ensures a neat fit in ring binders, lever arch files and file folders. How to use

Insert the plastic index between document groups inside an A4 binder or folder so that the top and side edges align with the other sheets. If the index has pre-punched holes, align them with the binder rings and secure the index in place. Use adhesive labels or a permanent marker on the smooth surface to name sections or add reference codes. For archiving, place frequently used indexes near the front for quick access.

Recommendations

Store the indexes flat or upright within a cabinet to avoid bending. For long-term labelling, use printed labels or archival-quality markers to prevent fading. Avoid exposure to high heat or sharp objects to maintain integrity of the plastic material.
