Alphacool ES Quick Release BLH1A ženski s integriranim bulkhead spojnikom

The Alphacool ES Quick Release BLH1A Female with integrated bulkhead fitting is a compact quick-disconnect coupling designed for liquid-cooling loops. It combines a female quick release interface with a built-in bulkhead fitting for through-panel installation, enabling secure connections across chassis panels or reservoir walls. The coupling is intended to minimize drips during disconnection and to simplify maintenance tasks such as component swaps or loop draining in PC water-cooling systems and custom cooling setups.

Advantages

This component provides fast, tool-free connection and disconnection while maintaining a reliable seal. The integrated bulkhead fitting simplifies mounting through a case panel or enclosure without additional adapters. Designed for compatibility with standard liquid-cooling tubing and fittings, it reduces service time and helps prevent accidental leaks during maintenance. The compact form factor conserves space and allows installation in constrained locations near radiators, reservoirs or pump housings.

Suitable for

• PC water-cooling loops where frequent servicing or component swaps are required
• Custom liquid-cooling rigs with through-panel hose routing
• Test benches and demo systems that require quick fluid disconnection
• Setups where minimizing spillage during disassembly is important

Key specifications

• Type: female quick release coupling with integrated bulkhead fitting
• Mounting: through-panel/bulkhead installation
• Compatibility: designed for standard PC water-cooling tubing and fittings
• Construction: compact coupling body suitable for tight spaces
• Sealing: designed to minimize dripping during disconnection

How to use

Install the bulkhead section through the desired panel hole and secure it according to the panel thickness and mounting method. Connect compatible tubing or fittings to the bulkhead side and ensure all threaded or clamped connections are tightened. To connect, align and push the mating quick-release counterpart until it latches; to disconnect, operate the release mechanism as specified by the mating part and withdraw the coupling. Always perform a pressure and leak check after installation and before returning the system to normal operation.

Recommendations

Use the coupling only with compatible quick-release counterparts and tubing sizes recommended for PC liquid cooling. Verify panel hole size and clearance before mounting, and check seals or O-rings periodically for wear. When performing maintenance, drain the loop or isolate sections to reduce fluid loss, and perform a final leak test after reconnection.
